I'm Andraž — a certified Scrum Master, Agile Coach and Senior HR Consultant based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, working remotely with teams across Europe.

With a background in work and organisational psychology and 17+ years of hands-on experience, I bring an unusual combination to the table: deep HR expertise, real enterprise Agile delivery experience and the ability to work with both people and processes at the same time.

My work is grounded in what actually works — not frameworks for their own sake, but solutions built around your specific reality. I've led a €29M cross-functional programme, served as Scrum Master for teams within German Automotive Industry and supported dozens of leaders and teams through change.
